Lenses are coated for better clarity and dust resistant. It’s not entirely immune to scratches, but it can withstand its ground quite well. Scope gets bright and shows quite clear images. There is no artificial coloring issues whatsoever. There is also almost no motion blur present in the scope.

Another great part of this scope is it’s also quite lightweight. It won’t add too much extra weight on top of Remington 597.
