Build quality. MP5 doesn’t have that much recoil. It’s quite easy to understand the pattern and master it. It’s not enough to break an aluminum scope by any means. It’s still a good idea to take a good scope that is capable of taking a rough beating.

The Optics
The sight comes with a 3 MOA or 6 MOA red dot reticle. The lens is fully multi-coated. There is no prism so there is no nitrogen purging involved. It’s still a shock and waterproof construction.

The illumination could have been brighter. At max brightness, you will have a bit of trouble under direct sun. Otherwise, you won’t face any issues.

4. Aimpoint Micro T-2 Red Dot Reflex Sight
Aimpoint Micro T-2 is a red dot sight that mounts onto the rifle. Aimpoints also have sights that mount on top of their own scopes. That can be a bit annoying. Not everyone owns one of those scopes.
Good Thing
Aimpoint Micro T-2 is a reflex sight. You don’t need to keep your eyes closed while using this sight. The gun we are talking about is the MP5. That supports a Picatinny rail as well.

The lens is a fingerprint magnet. Despite having coatings on the glass, it still picks up quite a bit of fingerprints. Always carry a microfiber cloth alongside to clean it.

Optics Quality
They are fully multi-coated optics with great vision clarity. There is no glare on the sight either. Enjoyed that part quite a bit. It’s one of the best red dots for MP5.

The build quality is insanely good on this one. It doesn’t look that durable. But we know, that looks can be often deceiving. That’s true here as well. The only thing you will find weird about this is the lack of a mounting system. But when you think about it, is that a con? You could buy the mounting system from a third party or get an LRP mount with spacers.
Lens Quality
It’s a sight with a red dot reticle. It doesn’t use a prism to enhance the vision or brightness of the sight. Instead, it uses a fully multi-coated lens to show vibrant and saturated vision. The reticle here is illuminated, making sure you don’t miss a shot under bright sunlight.
Huge Battery Life
The battery life on this is insane. It can last up to 50k hours. It’s not something that you see on every sight. You can choose from 6 daylight settings. Depending on the setting, the battery life will drop or increase.
