Best 224 Valkyrie Scopes – [Editor’s Choice]

1. Vortex Optics Viper PST 3-15×44 Gen II FFP Riflescope

Viper PST Gen 2 is not a new scope. Yet, I have featured this scope in almost all of the .22 LR firing rifles list. It’s a great optic that can easily work with 224 Valkyrie. It’s not cheap mind you but rather on the expensive side from Vortex.

Viper PST Gen 2 improves a lot on the OG Viper including the body. It’s now made out of even more durable aluminum than you see in much more expensive scopes.

The scope is made out of high-quality aluminum. It’s as durable as much higher-priced scopes. Instead of using multiple parts like night-vision scopes, this one is a single-piece tube design. The inside of the tube is purged with chemicals to make it immune to fogging and moisture. The turrets are designed with stainless steel. They are rust-free and the scope is waterproof.

Giving you the freedom to use this in any given weather and condition.

The lenses are fully multi-coated. They are crystal clear and vivid. The light transmission capability is really good. It gathers enough light to work with during the low-light condition.

How To Choose The Best Scope For 224 Valkyrie?

You can compare choosing a riflescope with choosing a smartphone. It’s kind of similar. What do you expect from the new smartphone? I can ask you the same for a scope. What do you expect from it? If you know that, choosing the right one is quite simple.

Build Quality

The housing of the scope needs to be durable enough to protect everything inside of it. Even the visible turret needs to be durable. Or else, you can’t pair your scope with powerful guns.

Warranty

Most of the time, you can’t fix a scope on your own. You can reset adjustments and do micro adjustments on your own, but you can’t fix a broken scope. You will need a warranty for that. Make sure the company is providing a warranty.

Lens Quality

Lenses are perhaps the most important part of the scope. Think of it like the display of your smartphone. If the display is not showing right colors and not showing what you want from it, it’s not a good display. The same goes for lenses, if they are not good and accurate, don’t buy them.
