Two Leupold scopes back to back? Well, what can I say, they do make some gorgeous scope that performs equally well! Their VX series has been known for being effective in hunting and tactical shooting. Not only that, they are preferred in Benchrest competitive shooting as well!

This one is a tad bit more expensive than the VX-Freedom. VX-3HD features a set of HD lenses with the Twilight light management system! It’s Leupold’s technology to make a lens appear brighter during low-light conditions. While you lose a little bit of clarity in the process, the final image is well worth the compromise!

How to Choose The Right Scope for Browning BLR

We featured a good amount of scopes with each set of unique abilities. But how do you choose the right one from them? After all, it’s not just one scope.

Build quality

Cheap scopes tend to use thinner materials to save costs. Don’t worry, we didn’t feature any of those types of scope here. It’s a good idea to grab a scope that won’t break from an accidental drop.

Size

A huge scope won’t fit on the BLR. As the rail can accept only so much. Keeping that in mind, you might want to go with the longest scope on the list or the shortest. That’s completely your preference.

Weight

Heavy scope can make the gun feel heavy. On top of that, it can make the gun feel imbalanced. As the balance point gets shifted. Choose the scope that is light and offers a good weight distribution.

Zoom

BLR is technically capable of sniping. We will also use it for hunting. Which automatically makes you want to get a high-magnification riflescope. It’s not mandatory but high-magnification is nice to have.

Summary

Browning BLR is a great gun. No doubt about that. Choosing the best scope for Browning BLR was a fun task.
