Choosing the best golf push cart for your cart bag is an important task. If the cart you choose is bad for your course terrain, you will need to change the cart quite often.
Like most other golf equipment, there are tons of options for golf pushcarts in the market. Like always, I will try to help you on this journey.
Best Golf Push Cart
1. CaddyTek 4 Wheel Golf Push Cart
CaddyTek 4 wheel golf push cart is one of the best sellers on Amazon. The price of this pushcart is more than reasonable. It offers a lot of excellent features that you often don’t see in pushcarts.
The cart has a different color wheels option. If you don’t fancy the silver wheels, then you can opt for green or blue.
The pushcart has 4 wheels. To adapt any terrain, the front row of wheels have suspension. The suspension is large enough to not tilt from a small rock.
The pushing handle is adjustable. You can leave it at multiple angles. If you feel like the handle at a higher angle will be better for you then you can do that.
The miscellaneous carry pocket is patented. The pocket also has a built-in cooler. It can keep your drinks cold while you swing in the hot summer.
The clamp-type bag holder is getting more and more popular. This type of bag holder can easily hold any size of golf cart bags.
If you don’t know, we have already posted a review for the best golf cart bags, make sure to check that out to buy the best bag for your CaddyTek 4 wheels golf pushcart.
There is nothing to hate about the cart. Except for maybe the $300 price tag. But in my opinion, the pricing is more than justified.
2. Clicgear 8+ 4 Wheel Golf Push Cart
Clicgear Model 8+ is one of the most stable push carts on the market. The model 8+ is small and lightweight. You can easily carry it in the bag of your car.
No matter what terrain you use it in (as long as it’s not sand) you will be perfectly fine. You don’t have to push it too hard to make it roll.
The cart will also auto stabilize itself if you accidentally push it too hard. The cart is foldable. At the end of the day, you can just fold the cart and put it in a corner of your garage.
The only con of the cart is, it doesn’t accept larger cargo. You can only use golf cart bags. A lot of you won’t see that as a problem. Honestly, it really isn’t something to be picky about.
The bag is located at the front handle. The front wheels are in a single axle. Making the bumpy road even smoother for the bag.
The console is huge compared to the cart. You can store extra golf balls in there. You can even put your spare tee-shirt in there with other accessories. Besides the console, you also get a net to keep small accessories.
I really prefer the dual front wheel adjustment on this cart. As a gift from Clicgear, you will get an extra cooling bag to carry your drinks.
Other accessories come with the cart for free. Such as umbrella angle adjuster, seat, XL cup holder, and wheel cover. Overall, this is the best golf push cart for the money.
3. QwikFold 3 Wheel Pull Push Cart
A lot of golfers prefer the 3 wheel carts over 4 wheels. I can guess why. Controlling the 3 wheels are easier compared to 4 wheels. Most of the time the 3 wheel carts are also lightweight and shorter than 4 wheel carts.
The handle height on the Qwik-Fold golf cart is adjustable. Adjustable handlebars can easily reduce wrist pain. The front-wheel brake is also located in the handlebar. The brake is effective and easy to use.
Without any bag or umbrella, the cart weighs 17 pounds. That’s not huge. If it was 30 pounds or near that, then we could call that overweight.
The console is not that big. It’s enough to hold your cup and some other things. But that’s it. There isn’t much extra space on the cart itself either.
The pricing of this cart is really competitive. There is a small swivel in the front wheel when it hits a large bump. But other than that, the cart is a good buy.
4. Motocaddy Cube 3 Wheel Golf Push Cart
Motocaddy cube 3 is one of the most loved 3 wheels carts in the market. The size and flexibility are praiseworthy.
It’s quite compact and will sit in any corner of the garage. You can tone it down to 21″x13″x17″ while folded. The folding process is a two-step method. That means the chance to damage the
The best feature of the Motocaddy cube 3 in my opinion is the 3 oversized wheels of it. I know you might not like oversized wheels, but they are oversized for a reason. Oversized wheels will provide more traction and balance to the whole pushcart.
Small wheels can easily trip over a small bump and fan sideways. The oversized wheels can maintain the bump and stabilize itself.
The foot brake will make sure the cart doesn’t move an inch when you are golfing.
The cart also has extra storage for you. On top of that, you will also find a cup holder, a scorecard holder, and a separate tee shirt and golf balls holder.
It’s definitely one of the best golf push carts available on the market. If you have no issue with the price tag, go for it.
5. Cube CART 3 Wheel Pull Push Cart
Cube cart 3 wheel pushcart is another lightweight compact golf push cart. The weight of this cart is only 14.5 lbs. It’s lower than most other carts on the list. You can carry the cart alone with your hand.
The cart also features a two-way folding mechanism. The two-way folding mechanism is the safest in my opinion. The wheels aren’t jammed or anything. You don’t need to put much effort to push it around. It is stable enough to run in any terrain. But I would still take the safe route in a bumpy course.
The friction free wheels are also oversized. Currently, my first preference for wheelset when it comes to pushcarts. The cart comes as almost pre-made. You just need to put in the 2 rear wheels, unfold, and good to go.
The ergonomic handle is a nice touch. The brakes seemed sturdy enough to hold on an angled terrain. The price of the cart is not that high either. Just around $290, it’s a good purchase if you ask me.
There isn’t much extra storage, but the console under the handlebar got you covered with most of the stuff that you need in a golf session. A cup holder, a tee-shirt holder, and a small compartment to store your extra golf balls.
6. CaddyTek Explorer V8 4 Wheel Push Cart
CaddyTek Explorer V8 can be considered as the smaller brother of Caddytek 4 wheels golf push cart. They are similar in a lot of ways. Both of them share the same base skeleton and 4 wheel structure.
Explorer V8 also has suspension in its front wheel. It’s hard to find compact and with a massive storage golf cart. You either find lightweight and compact but with no storage, or overweight with plenty of storage but not compact at all.
The Explorer V8 kind of sits in the middle. It offers a lot of storage while still being compact after folding. When you fold it down the cart shrinks down to 15.75 inches by 13.4 inches by 24 inches.
You don’t need to worry about space anymore. It can sit behind any corner of your garage or storage closet. The frame is made of durable aluminum. The wheels are strong enough to take some bumps and not trip over. 4 wheels are sturdier than 3 wheels.
The front wheels are adjustable. You can increase or decrease the distance between the two wheels.
The clamp-type bag holder is always a better option in my opinion. The pricing of this cart is not that high either. It’s a good buy, to say the least.
7. QwikFold 4 Wheel Pull Push Cart
This pushcart has only one major difference than the Qwik-Fold 3 wheel pushcart. The difference is in the name already. This one is the 4 wheel version of the Qwik-Fold 3 wheel.
The handle is adjustable and locks at a different height. This way your hand won’t strain from long-term use. The wheels have ball-bearing to make the transition smooth. They don’t randomly freeze due to the terrain.
The wheels will be fine as long as you don’t take them in the sand. The brake is also nice and handy. It stops the wheels when you want and it stays that way.
Read the 3 wheel version above for more details. The only change here is the wheels. That’s it. If you prefer 4 wheels over 3 then you are better off taking this over Qwik-Fold 3 wheels.
8. Sun Mountain Pathfinder 4 Wheel Push Cart
Want a cheap golf push cart that has tons of space and 4 wheels? Sun Mountain got you covered.
The accessories console is easy to access. The storage net is also large enough to store a couple of tee-shirt or some lightweight accessories.
In the console, you get the usual cup holder. You can also store some golf balls in the console. Alongside that any lightweight accessories you want.
Even though the console is not thermal insulated, you can keep your drinks there. It won’t remain cold. But the console is waterproof. So, your cart won’t leak in the middle of a course.
The rear wheels are oversized and the front wheels are regular size. This way the cart keeps a good balance between front and back weight. The brakes are in the rear wheel to make the cart stop.
You can’t pull up the handlebar. What you can do is, you can move up the handlebar a little to make the angle better for your hand.
It’s a cheap cart that does the job. I don’t see why you shouldn’t get this cart if you are short on the money.
9. Tangkula 3 Wheel Golf Push Cart
Tangkula Golf pushcart is a budget 3 wheel pushcart. With dual folding mechanism and 3 wheel setup, the Tangkula golf pushcart is an appealing one to the budget golfers.
The handle system is like your typical 3 wheel handlebar. You can change the angle and lock it. This way your hand won’t strain from long time pushing. The cart was made in a way that you can push it with one hand minimal force.
When you fold down the cart the size reduces to 11.5″ x 9.5″ x 30″. It’s super compact and lightweight enough to carry anywhere.
The brake in the front wheel is sturdy and when you want to lock it down in a place, then you can use the leg brake. That brake will lock down the rear wheel and you can’t push it anymore.
The wheels aren’t oversized but ergonomic enough to not tilt from a small bump. As a total package and considering the price, this is one of the best golf push cart; that we came across.
10. Rovic RV1D 3-Wheel Disc Golf Push Cart
Last but not least a 3 wheel pushcart from Rovic.
When you fold it down to the size reduces to 13” x 15” x 24”. That’s one of the most compact pushcarts that you can buy.
There is one downside of this cart. It’s not made for regular golf cart bags. It will only work with disc only golf cart bags. If you already own a golf cart bag, then skip this one.
Aluminum tubing’s are quite sturdy that has been proven countless times. Unless you do serious damage willingly, I can’t see it getting damaged anytime soon.
There are tons of optional accessories available for the cart. But sadly none of them comes for free. If you already own a disc golfing bag then you can go for this cart.
